BATTING TRAINING: Baseball Swing vs. Golf Swing Differences you MUST know!

Today we are going to go over proper Batting Training.  Whether you’re a golfer or not, there are a ton of difference you need to know between your baseball swing and golf swing.  Many coaches out there think the baseball swing is like a golf swing and teach the same mechanics for both and this couldn’t be further from the truth. 

If you don’t know these differences you are going to severely hurt you baseball swing mechanics which will result in below par average & power.  Along with that you will end up with strikeouts, ground outs, pop ups and tons of frustration.

If you know the differences in mechanics and do it right you can easily increase your chances of making solid contact. Thus increasing your average, power, number of singles, doubles, triples and home runs you have in your game.  Watch this video to see what I’m talking about.
